Toledo, Seal Rock sign water contract

In December 2012, the City of Toledo and Seal Rock Water District (SRWD) entered into a 25-year contract for water service from Toledo to SRWD. This week, the Toledo council approved the rate that SRWD will pay for treated water the district uses.
