Summer Running Series takes off

NEWPORT -- The Coast Hills Running Club has a new program for youth -- and anyone else getting into running for the first time -- to get into the swing of it, one trail at a time.

Former Newport High School standout Oshay Dunmore has joined the football program at Illinois State University this fall. Dunmore was dismissed from the University of Oregon football team earlier this summer.
Dunmore was previously linked to UCLA, USC and the University of Washington following his dismissal from the Ducks for "violations of team rules" before he joined the FCS-level Redbirds.
