Leo H. Harmon Jr., 84, of Seal Rock, Ore., died July 16, 2010 at his home.

He was born Nov. 11, 1925 in Sioux City, Iowa to Leo, Sr. and Gladys (Small) Harmon. A complete obituary will follow at a later date.
