Aquarium’s teen volunteers visit libraries

Lincoln County’s public libraries’ Make a Splash! Read! summer reading programs feature storyteller teen volunteers from the Oregon Coast Aquarium on Wednesday and Thursday, July 28 and 29. All children and families are invited to attend one of these free programs.

Wednesday, July 28, they will be at Waldport Public Library at 10 a.m., at the Newport Public Library at 1 p.m., and at the Driftwood Public Library in Lincoln City at 6:30 p.m. On Thursday, July 29, they will be at Siletz Public Library at 1 p.m.

Lincoln County’s summer reading programs are funded in part by Ready to Read grants from the Oregon State Library and the Lincoln County Library District. For more information about other library programs and services, contact your local library.
