Waldport Mayor Susan Woodruff (center) joins Russell Dahl (left) and Blake Dahl in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Waldport Landscape Yard at the South Lincoln Recycling Center. The brief ceremony officially marked the grand opening of the yard, which features gravel, rock, bark and compost materials.
