Man arrested after domestic disturbance

A Waldport man was arrested and charged with Assault IV (domestic) following an investigation into a Nov. 4 disturbance call in the 1300 block of SW Forestry Parkway in Waldport. A female reported that she had been assaulted by Jeffrey T. Mullican, 52, of Waldport.
