Fisterra Gardens extension approved

In application, developer cites economic downturn as reason for delays

YACHATS – In its second appearance in two months in front of the Yachats Planning Commission, a request for a time extension by K. Layne Morrill and others involved with the Fisterra Gardens planned development was approved without much discussion, said planning commissioner Christine Orchard.
