DEQ seeks public comment on Cape Perpetua water quality permit renewal

The Department of Environmental Quality seeks public comment on a proposed renewal of the Water Pollution Control Facilities (WPCF) permit for Cape Perpetua’s sewage treatment plant. Comment will be accepted by email, fax or postal mail through until Dec. 26 at 5 p.m.
