1:52 p.m. Hazard to persons reported on Yachats River Road at milepost 7 in Yachats. Caller reported that a huge oak tree was down and blocking both lanes of travel. Caller said the tree was so huge a person couldnít climb over it if they tried.

3:04 p.m. Animal complaint in the 1000 block of SE 36th Street in South Beach. Caller reported that there was a friendly, very large white wolf-looking dog in the area of the complainantís residence, wearing a chain collar but no tags. The complainant had never seen the dog before.

3:16 p.m. Animal complaint in the 4600 block of E. Alsea Highway in Waldport. Caller reported that neighbors had two hound dogs tied up in a field and the field was flooding. Caller reported that they only heard one of the dogs. The complainantís husband called her to give her that information and he advised that he was going to go back down to the area.
