Team rescues man after van goes over embankment on Canal Creek Road

A Waldport man was rescued from a precarious position in the early hours of Dec. 24, with the assistance of the Lincoln County Rope Rescue Team, a Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputy and Oregon State Police trooper.
