Karen Oetjen to 'charm' Quilters Guild

Local quilter and quilt historian Karen Oetjen will be the featured speaker at the Oregon Coastal Quilters Guild (OCQG) meeting Thursday, Jan. 10 in Atonement Lutheran Church’s Fellowship Hall in Newport. “Table walk,” which offers the opportunity to see and participate in various guild activities, begins at 1 p.m.; the general meeting starts at 1:30 p.m.
