Construction crews have been hard at work on these new townhomes in Waldport. These are just two of the four townhomes that Habitat for Humanity plans to build in the area of Ray's Market. Qualified families purchase homes from Habitat on a zero percent 30-year loan and are required to put in 500 hours of sweat equity on their own homes or other Habitat projects.
