9 p.m. Suspicious circumstances reported on Highway 34 at milepost 6. Caller reported that they could see two lights and thought they were headlights. The caller advised that the lights have been on and were in the same spot since about 5 p.m. The lights are up a steep hillside on the south side of the highway and the caller could see them with a spotting scope from his porch.

10:26 p.m. Burglary reported in the 600 block of Highway 101 N. in Yachats. Caller reported that she thought her room was broken into. She went to empty the garbage and said her car title was missing when she returned.
