Boater ed course set

Yaquina Bay Flotilla 54 of the Coast Guard Auxiliary will conduct an eight-hour boating safety education course Feb. 16. All Oregon residents operating powerboats greater than 10 horsepower must carry a boater education card, including PWC operators.
