YYFAP After School Program gives kids exercise and more

On the back of the Yachats Commons, a brightly painted mural surrounds the door to the basement, it’s rainbow of colors standing out even on a rainy winter afternoon. Inside, it’s quiet and tranquil. This is the calm before the storm; soon a rush of children flood through the door, going past the mural they helped design, heading for the Recreation PLUS program sponsored by the Yachats Youth and Family Activities Program.
